Trout Fish Recipe

Trout Fish Recipe /  Salmo Trutta

Elements:
  • ·         Trout, cleaned tails and heads
  • ·         .0.50 Purpose flour              
  • ·         0.50 cup cornmeal
  • ·         0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ·         01 Teaspoon Salt.
  • ·         01 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • ·         02 lemons - cut into wedges, for garnish

Procedure:
                     Extract Gills form body of fish and discard. Wash the fish in cold water. Heat the oil in Normal heat. in a slight dish, mix the flour, cornmeal pepper and salt and Heat up , Now put the fish in mixture and fry in hot oil for 5 to 7 Minutes of each side serve garnished with lemon wedges.
Now fish recipe is ready
