chinese chicken noodles

Preparations:

Put water on the heat when it boils put the packet of noodles in it and also add oil. When the noodles cook put out this and wash with cold water then put the oil on heat and add vegetables, chiken,soya sauss,vinegar and angio moto into it. When this ingredients cook adds the noodles in it and cook for sometime on a slight heat.

Elements :

·          tomato yoghurt,

·           puree,

·           green chilli paste,

·           ginger garlic paste,

·           red chilli powder,

·           roasted cumin powder

·          , turmeric powder,

·          garam masala powder,

·           coriander powder and salt. 

·          Rice

·          chicken

Procedure:

First of all mix the tomato yoghurt, green chilli paste, red chilli powder,, puree, ginger garlic paste, roasted cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and salt. mix the chicken and marinade and let it for 3-4 hours. now put oil in a cattle add onions and fry until they becomes golden brown. then add marinated chicken and cook it for 12 mints now take a rice in a pressure cooker and add water to it, remember to take saffron with milk and add this to rice also.

add the cardamom powder and chicken along the marinade, now mix all the ingredients gently cover with the cooker lid.

  •                 1 3-quart covered saucepan
  •                 Butter (optional)
  •                 Salt to taste

Procedure

                  Heat the oil in a pan with medium high heat if you are using coconut then let the coconut oil to melt, don’t forget to add salt. put popcorn kernels into the oil and cover the head of pan. Wait 30sec and open the head of pan. Hope your popcorns are ready.

Remember That : Popcorns are very Important during pregnancy because they contains nutrients and high in fibber  it also contains vitamin E selenium and Phytonutrients.

Trout Fish Recipe /  Salmo Trutta

  • ·         Trout, cleaned tails and heads
  • ·         .0.50 Purpose flour              
  • ·         0.50 cup cornmeal
  • ·         0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ·         01 Teaspoon Salt.
  • ·         01 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • ·         02 lemons - cut into wedges, for garnish

Procedure:
                     Extract Gills form body of fish and discard. Wash the fish in cold water. Heat the oil in Normal heat. in a slight dish, mix the flour, cornmeal pepper and salt and Heat up , Now put the fish in mixture and fry in hot oil for 5 to 7 Minutes of each side serve garnished with lemon wedges.

Chinese Soup

  •         Chicken stock 1.25  liters
  •          Sweet corn kernels 175 gm
  •        Ginger 1 tsp (Fresh)
  •        Spring onion 4
  •          Seafood sticks 170 gm
  •          Prawns 50 gm
  •          Dry Sherry 4 tbsp
  •          Salt and black pepper
  •         Corn flour 2 tbsp
  •          Carrot flowers for garnishing.


Procedure:
                                               Take the chicken stock in a relish and boil. Then add the spring onions, ginger, prawns. Seafood sticks and sweet corn kernels and then add the salt, black pepper and dry sherry. Mix the corn flour in a small bowl with enough cold water to form a smooth paste. Shake the corn flour paste into the soup and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Serve hot garnished with carrot flowers.
                     It’s Ready dude.

  • Khoya 250 grams
  • Clarified Butter 04 tbsp
  • Sugar  01 cup
  • Milk 500 Gram
  • Kewra Essence few drops

Procedure :
                         Take a cattle having deep bottom and boil milk then add grated carrots mix it and cook. When the milk is dry add sugar and shake it until completely dissolve. When it becomes dry add khoya, clarified butter, shake fry until butter comes on top. Then add a some drops of kewra Essence. Remove from heat dish it out in a serving platter garnish with dry fruit, khoya and silver paper and serve it.
It’s ready for eat......

Cooking Procedure of Shame Kabab
First of all mix the meat, rift gram, whole spices, water and salt for test fry in a pan until it dry.
Now add add ginger, garlic, pepper, chilli powder, coriander and cumin powder and grind the mixture into a fine paste and knead into a dough.
Then add the chopped mint leaves, lime juice and salt.
Make lemon sized balls of the dough, flatten the balls and stuff them with a little onion mixture.
Dip the stuffed kebabs in the beaten eggs and shallow fry till golden brown.
