The Great corns pop corns

                        very simple steps for popcorns

  •                 Coconuts
  •                 Peanut or canola oil 
  •                 Cup of high quality popcorn kernels
  •                 1 3-quart covered saucepan
  •                 Butter (optional)
  •                 Salt to taste


                  Heat the oil in a pan with medium high heat if you are using coconut then let the coconut oil to melt, don’t forget to add salt. put popcorn kernels into the oil and cover the head of pan. Wait 30sec and open the head of pan. Hope your popcorns are ready.

Remember That : Popcorns are very Important during pregnancy because they contains nutrients and high in fibber  it also contains vitamin E selenium and Phytonutrients.
