How to cook savour , buryani or rice

Elements :

·          tomato yoghurt,

·           puree,

·           green chilli paste,

·           ginger garlic paste,

·           red chilli powder,

·           roasted cumin powder

·          , turmeric powder,

·          garam masala powder,

·           coriander powder and salt. 

·          Rice

·          chicken

Procedure:

First of all mix the tomato yoghurt, green chilli paste, red chilli powder,, puree, ginger garlic paste, roasted cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and salt. mix the chicken and marinade and let it for 3-4 hours. now put oil in a cattle add onions and fry until they becomes golden brown. then add marinated chicken and cook it for 12 mints now take a rice in a pressure cooker and add water to it, remember to take saffron with milk and add this to rice also.

add the cardamom powder and chicken along the marinade, now mix all the ingredients gently cover with the cooker lid.
