Gajar Halwa

Gajar Halwa

·         Carrot 01 kg
  • Dry Fruit as required
  • Silver paper as required             
  • Khoya 250 grams
  • Clarified Butter 04 tbsp
  • Sugar  01 cup
  • Milk 500 Gram
  • Kewra Essence few drops

Procedure :
                         Take a cattle having deep bottom and boil milk then add grated carrots mix it and cook. When the milk is dry add sugar and shake it until completely dissolve. When it becomes dry add khoya, clarified butter, shake fry until butter comes on top. Then add a some drops of kewra Essence. Remove from heat dish it out in a serving platter garnish with dry fruit, khoya and silver paper and serve it.
