1-meat
2-Cinnamon

6-A handful of chopped coriander

12-Coriander and cumin powder

Cooking Procedure of Shame Kabab
First of all mix the meat, rift gram, whole spices, water and salt for test fry in a pan until it dry.
Now add add ginger, garlic, pepper, chilli powder, coriander and cumin powder and grind the mixture into a fine paste and knead into a dough.
Then add the chopped mint leaves, lime juice and salt.
Make lemon sized balls of the dough, flatten the balls and stuff them with a little onion mixture.
Dip the stuffed kebabs in the beaten eggs and shallow fry till golden brown.
